Restoration Building

The Association has plans to build a dedicated restoration building and workshop at Bewdley to provided a better working environment for volunteers.

Site Survey

As part of the initial preparation a survey Bewdley yard was recently carried out by a team of undergraduates with a view to laying in the extra track needed. They were mostly from the ARUP group under the charge of member Dave Bateman.

They were involved in a training exercise during which time they surveyed the yard using three techniques; equipment that is currently coming into use, equipment that is currently in use and the tried and tested string and fag packet method. We await the results with interest!
