Carriage Washing Plant

A new carriage washing plant is being installed at Kidderminster on road 6 behind the carriage shed. The plant will offer a number of advantages:

• Regular and more frequent washing will avoid the need to use harsh chemicals on ingrained grime, which damages the paintwork.
• It will reduce the special efforts that are needed to keep the external windows clean.
• It will avoid large amounts of water being used inside the shed leading to damp vehicles being stored under cover.
• Less time on external cleaning will allow the staff to concentrate more time on internal cleaning and running repairs.
